A reminder counts as recovered when the same plate opens a new job card within 60 days of the message going out.
⚙️ How the dates are worked out
Every item runs on two clocks and whichever comes first wins — exactly how a manufacturer's service book reads.
🗓 Time — months since that item was last done on an invoiced job card.
📏 Distance — the KM In / KM Out readings on this car's own job cards give a real km-per-day figure, which is projected forward to the date the next interval is reached. Until a car has two readings at least three weeks apart, the workshop average is used and the row is marked estimated.
The Mileage column shows how far through the interval each car is and how many km are left. If the projection looks wrong for a particular customer, press 📏 on the row and type the km/day they really do — that car's dates are recomputed from your figure.
Cars not seen for over 30 months are left alone, and nothing further out than 120 days is listed.
